Presents a simple technique of autologous bone grafting that involves preparing the defect, using resected bone as bone graft, and preparing graft directly on the defect. Demonstrates how the technique is quick and allows customized preparation of the graft directly on the defect. Shows how the graft is stabilized during preparation, good compression is achieved at the graft bone interface, and there is consistent bone incorporation and restoration of the normal anatomy. Demonstrates the technique on saw bones.
